Wilkinson Building, located at 210 Westminster Street, constructed
circa 1900, is a handsome, historic example of American commercial
construction, which for many years housed the Lerner Department
store.

also Parking in the Grant’s

the Grant’s Block project will have a 550 space parking structure as
well as retail/residential liner buildings fronting on the Westminster and
Weybosett Street ends. This is scheduled to open in 2008.
